With a BP Fuelcard you not only have the convenience of a fuel and services charge card – which eliminates the need for cash, service station accounts and expense reimbursement systems. You also receive a tool to help you manage vehicle running costs. Each month you receive an individual Vehicle Report showing precise details of what was purchased, when and where, and a Management Vehicle Report summarising all fleet vehicles. Odometer readings can be recorded when refuelling, making monthly fuel efficiency figures instantly accessible. A clearly itemised tax invoice can also be supplied giving information on card purchases and a separate GST breakdown. Add a PIN number and you have 24 hr a day access to the BP Truckstop network, and you can even use your card to purchase RUC licences at selected BP outlets.
